Chip Douglas is down on his luck and takes a job from a secret organization called M-1. Chip is widely known as 'the man who gets things done' and an M-1 agent named Solamon meets with Chip at Kips Bar. The job is to break one of the organizations agents out of a high max security prison. This prison is no ordinary prison. There, scientist are employed to do horrific testing on human and animal alike. The results very from the macabre to the extraordinary. In the process of escape, Chip is bit by a mutant chimpanzee with a vile blood mutation which changes his world forever after!
